Win2k taking over local master browser?

I am running RH7 with Samba 2.0.7-21 and attempting to use this machine as
the DHCP and WINS server for my network. I have a Win98 box, 5 Win2K
laptops, and this machine on a 100-BT network. My users need to use the
"Network Neighborhood" to view all the shares on each machine.

I look into my /var/lock/samba/browse.dat (which I want to be the master)
and see:

Check your OS level, I think 65 is the minimum wiht NT and Win2k for local
browse master , however I could be wrong..
