[Samba] read failure for 4 byte

Dear all
My server running samba 3.0.28 on RHEL 5.2 . Samba acting as File Server
using winbind to authenticate AD users. Following
messages repeatedly generated in /var/log/messages by samba

Transport endpoint is not connected

lib/util_sock.c:read_data(534)
Dec 30 09:48:37 abpdel2 smbd[10945]: read_data: read failure for 4 bytes
to client 0.0.0.0. Error = Connection reset by peer

What may be reason of this log messages?

Most times I see this message when a windows client just is shut down
and can no longer be seen from the server. It's a nasty message, but I
guess it's no real error message.
