It's a user issue - ME!
From my shrike box, somehow I managed to ftp to my windows 2k server
and create a directory that displays in the window's browser as a
blank folder (ie. no name). When I use my linux box, there is no
directory name either. I cannot change permissions, take ownership - nada.
In addition, when I do a dir/x I can see the 8.3 name - yeah, sorta.
The name is 0200~1. I suppose I could dig out the old ASCII chart and
figure out what the 0200 is, but I'm not sure that would help.
I can't do anything with it. I've tried xcacls and several utilities
that I've found on the web, but no go.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it (btw: I would almost suspect
that there are child dirs as well).
