I just installed the compiler, and i thought it installed ok but i am having
a problem.
I'm now trying to install Python, and when i go to run the configuration
script, i get the error:
C++ compiler cannot create executables
I'm running this as root. Can anyone give me some suggestions as to where to
look for the causes of this problem? I installed the compiler as root as
well.
a friend of mine thinks i dont have all the packages i need. When i
installed linux i didnt select the development tools. So, does anyone know
all the packages I would need? these are the RPM's i downloaded and
