up2date problem

Hello all:

I am hoping some of you would help me with a problem I have been trying to
deal with in regards to up2date.

I had not been checking by redhat mail for a time but was regularly updating
the system through up2date. Today I tried updating my system as per usual
and it gave em an error 111 message (e-mail not validated and
servicedisabled).

I went by my redhat account at rhn.redhat.com and could not find a system
entry. I right clicked on the (!) and chose configure and clicked away at
he [forward] button but it has not dont anything.

Any solutions anyone?
