rh_advisory_update updated to not install non-GPG-signed RPMs

Yesterday Red Hat updated up2date to not install RPMs that aren't
GPG-signed:

I've now made the same fix to my rh_advisory_update script, which
takes a Red Hat advisory email on stdin and automatically downloads,
double-verifies (with md5sum and rpm --checksig), and installs the
RPMs specified therein.
