[masquerade] unable to resolve names

On a Debian woody 3.0r0, I tried to configure a masquerading gateway
between my internal network (3 Linux PCs including the gateway) and
Internet (PPP link) and all seems to work well except names resolve :
ping XXX.YYY.ZZZ.AAA from the gateway OK
ping XXX.YYY.ZZZ.AAA from internal network OK

ping www.domain.ext from the gateway OK
ping www.doamin.ext from internal network KO

and it is the same behaviour from mozilla (OK for the gateway but KO
form inside network : unknown host)

traceroute displays hostnames and adresses from the gateway but only
adresses from internal hosts

nslookup warns with a time-out for hosts others than the gateway even if
ping on provider's DNSs is possible from anywhere.

Somebody could help me ? I based my firewalling rules on iptables with
"Linux IP Masquerade HOWTO" - rc.firewall-2.4-stronger
Thanks

olivier.
