I'm trying to compile (outside portage) a program that needs
libtermcap. I installed libtermcap-compat-2.0.8-r2 but that seems not
to provide it (I looked with 'find').
How can I install libtermcap?

if you like a real libtermcap, check for libxtermcap that comes with the schily
source consolidation:
