IRDA and PPP

Dear Friends!

We are using Linux 2.2.17 Kernel and with IRDA device. Ir works ok on
IrOBEX. When we start PPP over IRDA, without client (Palm VII using IR
Port) disconnecting the PPP server (Linux) disconnect PPP. when we
connect the Two linux box and start PPP without any IRDA attachment on
the same serial Port (where Extended systems IR is connect) no problem
on PPP.

we get following error PPP server.
