For my network (there will be over 4000 customers) I need PPPoE
authentification. The customer database is a PostgreSQL.
Does someone know how to setup such network?
Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening

Uncle Google seems to offer some advice on 'pppoe server
authentification'. First hit is [1].
Cheers,

No.
FWIW, on my system:
20:20:44-johannes@e13-v21:~$ man -k pppoe
[...]
pppoe-server (8) - user-space PPPoE server
[...]
20:20:48-johannes@e13-v21:~$ dpkg -S pppoe-server
pppoe: /usr/sbin/pppoe-server
pppoe: /usr/share/man/man8/pppoe-server.8.gz
Just install pppoe and look at its documentation.
Google 'pppoe server debian' found me this interesting link;

(Disclaimer: I have never set up a pppoe server myself.)
Cheers,
Johannes
Because the description of the package pppoe is lacking.
http://packages.debian.org/sid/pppoe
As you can see, the source package is rp-pppoe.

I think, I file a bugreport...
