bug: MT7601U Wireless Adapter not work in buster 4 amd

it crash, reboot can also fail
at first i thought it's hard disk fault
later i realize that it's more likely caused by wireless bug

i don't have time to file bug report

but i think the bug is architecture related
it's fine in buster 4 i386:
