Question about how to add icedove compilation bug report

Hi for all, i'm André Silva (alias Emulatorman), a Parabola distro
Hacker https://parabolagnulinux.org/hackers/#Emulatorman and i'm porting
icedove-10.0.3-3 from Debian to Parabola distro (derivate from
Archlinux) using the source code from your distro repo
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/
I have a error bug related from this source code and i put the bug
report on Mozilla Bugs https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=743292
I want to add the same report to the Debian Bugs, but i don't have this
distro installed on my machine and therefore i can't use reportbug
program to create the report.
So, i want to know if there a alternative to put a bug to Desbian bugs
from other distro e.g: archlinux.

Debian bugs are actually just specially formated e-mails

Mmm, Icedove is a Debian specific package/source, you should have
reported in Mozilla against Thunderbird source code instead and ensure
the error you are reporting is still reproducible there.

Welcome to club of those who also open bugs reports from computers with
no reportbug available and have to manually post to Debian BTS :-)

Yes, you can manually open a bug report to Debian BTS by sending a
properly crafted e-mail message (Andrei already gave you the link for
where to start).
