hello debian users,
twice installation failed due to error: WARNING **: Configuring 'pkgsel' failed with error code 100
i am trying to install using 11.3 net.iso on vm. i have seen couple of debian bugs, however they are closed with latest iso.
how do i resolve issue this issue?

hello mick,
> searching the error message a couple of suggestions may be something to do with UEFI or secure boot.
there were 3 attempts, first attempt succeded with unconfigured network and mirror selection (for some reason), concluded that packages upgrade were responsible.
