Help : dpkg --configure returned error exit status 1.

HELP! : I've installed Debian 2.0, but each time I want to configure
packages with dselect, I get errors. Can anybody help me ?

I also found problems when selecting and configuring ver 2.2.0.
What I did was to repeatedly try the same operaton and by going
thru the process several times it apparently straightened itself
out.
