man openvpn has,
"--ca file
Certificate authority (CA) file in .pem format, also referred to
as the root certificate. ...
openssl req ... -out ca.crt"
Whereas
http://wiki.debian.org/Self-Signed_Certificate
has
"openssl req ... -out /etc/ssl/localcerts/apache.pem ..."
In the openvpn example, ca.crt will be signed by an authority
to create ca.pem? Seems legitimate for this detail to be
explicit in the maual.
Thanks, ... Peter E.
