Videoconference Server en Linux?

Estoy pensando en montar un servidor para videoconferencias internas
para mi empresa.
Los clientes tendrían webcams (USB), usan Windows y Linux y las
caonferencias se harian a traves de la LAN así que no hay problemas
por el ancho de banda que consuman.
Alguen me puede recomendar algun software para empezar a mirarme?
Pretendo usar Debian (stable o unestable) en el server.

Ya me he decantado por gnugk y estoy configurando Auth y CDR sobre
MySQL, que de más está decir que es IMPOSIBLE encontrar ejemplos de
configuraciones de gatekeeper.ini.
Supongo que será para que la gente se lea los 500 manuales antes de
preguntar, me parece correcto, pero muchos de nosotros avanzamos más
combinando man + ensayo error. :(

Tienes razon... no me explique bien.
Cuando dije "ejemplos" queria decir "ejemplos completos de Auth y CDR con MySQL"
Me rascando un poco de aqui y un poco de alli lo sacaré.
