I changed in global settings "Use alias as service name for network
interface checks" to "on".

And then I go to the services in the host, and check new service:

But...How change the name description, for example, eth0 for LAN1?

It is a firewall that is monitored by snmp, would have been nice to
rename the description because having 5 network interface called em0,
em1, em2 ... I do not hear each interface which is through the
check_mk
