I just reported a bunch of bug reports against programs in Applications/Viewers
or Applications/Sounds instead of Applications/Video or Applications/"TV and
Radio". This should improve the situation.

It sounds from this follow-up like this modification to the menu policy is
not required, and instead packages should use the categories that already
exist more consistently. Does anyone disagree?
