Bug#567234: developers-reference: change architectures list

Hi,
This patch should update the sample-dist-dirtree to use architectures
currently in the debian archive (removing m68k and alpha).
There are also changes to the resources.dbk history of when arch's
became part of Debian.

I included a change based on yours but I further simplified the list of
architectures.
