Tool to help packaging module using Dist::Zilla

Hi

I've updated my authordebs Dist::Zilla extension to help package Perl
module that are shipped only with Dist::Zilla file (dist.ini).

With this tool, you can either:
- list build dependencies required by Dist::Zilla
- install these dependencies with apt
- modify debian/control to add these dependencies in Build-Depends.
