It seems the Kolab support was accidentally removed during the 4.10.x upgrade.

It seems the required packages [1,2] are only in Kubuntu, but not in Debian.

kdepim-runtime 4.4.x-4.8.x didn't had this external dependency and still
provided the kolab resource, but so it goes ;)

The other source package [3] is also only available in Kubuntu
