Description : VO standard conform resource authentication

This package manages authentication for HTTP(S) resources in accordance
with VO standards. This package relies on VO standards that are still
under discussion.

The package will be maintained by the Debian Astro team. It is a new
dependency of the "topcat" and "ttools" (STILTS) packages.
