Version check failed:
Your upload included the source package grub-installer, version 1.199,
however testing already has version 1.199.
Uploads to unstable must have a higher version than present in testing.

upload of grub-installer 1.199 seems to be missing in git:
https://salsa.debian.org/installer-team/grub-installer

That's why todays upload of such version failed.

Could you add that upload to git, please?
