Hi,
The error looks like the one addressed in 186edbb510bd ("net:
amd-xgbe: Fix NETDEV WATCHDOG transmit queue timeout warning") in
5.12-rc1 which for the 5.10.y stable series was backported to 5.10.20.

Can you check the kernel from unstable if you can reproduce the issue
there? I believe with above information it should be already fixed in
5.10.24 based upload.

Dear Maintainer,
the bug is still present in current release Debian 11 kernel.
In my case, it's triggered almost instantly after starting transmission-daemon and transferring data.
Kernel 4.19 from Debian 10 worked flawlessly.
