Since we all know there should be more then one way to do something I
wrote another dependency scanner yesterday so I can keep track of the
list of unsatisfied dependencies in the archive. From the looks of it
we still have a lot of work to do before slink can be released.

Before someone starts complaining: I haven't included the packages-file
from non-US in this scan, so every relation to a package in non-US is
also listed here. This is done on purpose, since non-US doesn't have
main, contrib and non-free sections yet.

Wichert.

Maybe I am missing something, but these are packages located in
non-free. Packages in contrib may depend on non-free packages.

2.1.3 The contrib section
[...]
free packages which require "contrib", "non-free", or "non-US"

Hmm, how silly of me. Here is a new list, same comments apply to non-US
packages as before.

Hi,
here are some comments. Plenty of these unmet dependencies come from
Suggests: (package in non-US). That is what the suggests is for. To point
the users a package, which might be usesful, but is in non-US (or conbrib,
because of non-US). Could the Suggests be regarded as fulfiled, if you find
(any) package, which satisfies this.

this is real bug - unzip in non-free (or unzip-crypt non-US)

I thing that Suggest: pgp - which is certainly available in non-US is _not_ a
unsatisfied dependency (same for developer-keyring, which is in contrib)

gs-pdfencrypt - in non-US

ssh is in non-US

gs-pdfencrypt is in (you guessed) non-US
