For that purpose there exist special echo mail reflectors like
echo @ dfn . de
echo @ tu-berlin . de

probably ec...@your.isp

Each mail sent to that address is automatically replied to.

And if lists.debian.org was the exact target, there's always that bot to
which one can send "help" messages...
