Bug#1060756: developer.php: search by email not shows correct data

Hi there!

On tracker.debian.org when I click on the Maintainer name, a request is made
to https://qa.debian.org/developer.php?email=XXXX, but the page does not show
correct information, at least in my case.

I made several uploads using the address ta...@debian.org, but these are shown
in another address, ta...@users.sourceforge.net, an address I last used many
years ago. This occurred to all items of type "Sponsored/other uploads", and
for some NMUs, and QAs.

To leave no doubt about the issue: When I access [1] it shows all
"Sponsored/other uploads", some NMUs, and QAs, that I upload with
the address ta...@debian.org, and they aren't shown in right place [2].
