Hello,
We are a construction estimation company "Bolt Estimating, LLC" providing Cost Estimation and Quantities Take-Off services for General Contractors and Sub-contractors for all trades (Concrete, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, HVAC and Framing, etc.)
We do both residential and commercial project estimates for renovation as well as new constructions and have more than 15 years of experience.
We use software like Planswift and Bluebeam for on-screen material takeoffs and use zipcode modified material and labor prices to prepare the most precise estimates based on the project location.
We are giving almost 20% Discount on the first estimate. Please send us the plans or links to any FTP site so that we can review the plans and submit you a very economical quote.
