Request for Bids for gradle funded project

Hello everyone,

We'd like to announce a Request for Bids[0] for a funded project that
directly helps Debian and the broader FOSS community. We've published
the RfB on the fediverse[1]. Everything you need to know is listed in
the RfB document itself which is in Salsa. If you need more information,
feel free to reply to the debian-lts mailing list or myself directly.

We also have created an overview of Freexian's Debian project funding[2].
