Frédéric-Emmanuel,
did you look at this bug at all? it's been open for more than a year
and a half, and it's preventing this package and its rdeps from
migrating to testing. please address asap

I got a private reply from picca, which should have been posted here.

The issue at hand is that jupyter-sphinx really depends on ipywidgets
7, which is still not packaged for Debian, see #896460. Adding the
proper block
