Bug#1040784: mariadb-server: Upgrade from Debian Bullseye to Debian Bookworm may crash if innodb_log_file_buffering=OFF and physical block size is 4096 bytes

Dear Maintainer,

* Upgrading from Debian 11 to Debian 12 renders mariadb-server to be
unusable
* I opened a bug report on the Mariadb Jira in order to analyse and fix
the issue. In this case it seems to have to do something with the
physical block size of the hard drive the innodb is on
* The bug was fixed in a recent commit (https://github.com/MariaDB/server/commit/c358e216d989a57f4188e766799fc83a4675c5d1)
* As this is a rather major issue which prevents upgrades and crashes
mariadb hard on such device configurations, this should be included
promptly in the next version of the package
