Control: retitle -1 FTBFS: object has no attribute 'assertDictContainsSubset'

Hi,

while I was able to fix the
object has no attribute 'assertNotEquals'. Did you mean: 'assertNotEqual'
issue in Git I consider it is better if upstream has a look at the
object has no attribute 'assertDictContainsSubset'
which is described as

Undocumented and broken TestCase method assertDictContainsSubset (deprecated in Python 3.2).

in the Python3.12 doc[1]. It might make sense to skip those tests to enable
the Python3.12 migration but I'll leave this to the main Uploader.

Kind regards
Andreas.
