Bug#493591: cacti: When RRDTool Default Font Path is set it is not used.

When I set the Option RRDTool Default Font Path (see Settings --> Paths) to a valid TTF font file including path, CACTI does not pass this to rrdtool via the option
--font DEFAULT:0:/RRDTool/Default/Font/Path/file.ttf
CACTI should assume that by defining the Option RRDTool Default Font Path I like to override the preset default font in RRDTool.
(Although it seems this preset default font has vanished from RRDTool starting version 1.2.28)
