Bug#998071: plasma-desktop: krunner won't show when using shortcuts

Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?

I migrated from Debian testing (bookworm) to Debian sid (in short, some KDE packages -including libkdecorations*) in sid are not consistent and make KDE unusable in debian testing).
After this update, krunner was not showing anymore when pressing Alt+F2 or Alt+space.
However:
- krunner was running fine from a terminal (e.g. konsole).
- the shortcuts related to krunner were correctly set/modifiable in systemsettings5.


The bug is due to conflicting sections related to KRunner in ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc.
The new key is [org.kde.krunner.desktop].
The one(s) are obsolete and breaks krunner related shortcuts.

* How to solve the problem

The easiest way to solve the bug is just to regenerate this file.

rm ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc.

... so that a new file is regenerated without the wrong keys.

I guess that removing the obsolete keys would also work.

* What outcome did you expect instead?

It would be nice to automatically migrate this file automatically migrated (or maybe, to update krunner so that it works depsite obsolete sections in ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc.)
