Description : modern port of Turbo Vision, a framework for text-based user interfaces

So someone finally did the work to beat Turbo Vision into working on modern
platforms, modern compilers, and full-fledged Unicode support. It had been
released into Public Domain by Borland/Inprise but ports since then sucked.

It'd be great if someone packaged this so we know what its pressure is :p

There's also two pieces by same author built atop Turbo Vision:
* turbo -- an editor
* tvterm -- a widget to put a terminal into a TV window
