python3-selenium does no longer contain the file
webdriver/firefox/webdriver_prefs.json

When we use eyewitness (Kali Package), we have this error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/selenium/webdriver/firefox/webdriver_prefs.json'

AFAIK the file was present in the package until the versions 4.0.0*
Since the version 4.4.2* the Debian package and the source package do no
longer contain the file.
The file is included in the upstream tarball in Pypy so I think it should
be included in the Debian package.
