The empty libglut3(-dev) transition packages depend on freeglut3(-dev)
packages. Ok, that's what transition packages are for. However, the
reverse is also true. So there is no way to remove unnecessary transition
packages from the system.

The second stage of this glut transition will start after the release of
sarge.
