Bug#1029221: alsa-ucm-conf: Wrong minimum required version for libasound2 dependency in testing/unstable

Dear Maintainer,

the alsa-ucm-conf package in bookworm and sid, v1.2.8, contains UCM
files with "Syntax 6", which is only supported starting from libasound2
v1.2.7 [1]. To ensure that a sufficiently recent version of libasound2
that can parse all UCM files is installed, the minimum version for
libasound2 should be updated accordingly.
