Package: gnome-control-center
Version: 1:3.12.1-3
Severity: normal

In the Gnome 3.12 control centre, the Unlock button is greyed out in
Printers as well as Date & Time, Users. This means I cannot add new
printers or reconfigure existing ones, can't change the Time settings,
can't add new users. My own user account is listed as
"Administrator", so I would expect to be able to change these settings
(and previously could under Gnome 3.8).

Is there some new dependency for Gnome 3.12 that gnome-control-center
needs to depend on?

Actually this is caused by a change in GDM. You need to upgrade the
policykit-1 package to the version in experimental.

policykit-1 0.112-2 degreys the Unlock button.

But then nothing happens when I press it.

gnome-control-center -v reports:

(gnome-control-center:3253): Gtk-WARNING **: Error acquiring permission: Failed to acquire permission for action-id org.opensuse.cupspkhelper.mechanism.all-edit
(gnome-control-center:3253): Gtk-WARNING **: Error acquiring permission: Failed to acquire permission for action-id org.gnome.controlcenter.datetime.configure
(gnome-control-center:3253): Gtk-WARNING **: Error acquiring permission: Failed to acquire permission for action-id org.gnome.controlcenter.user-accounts.administration

I'm guessing that must be because policykit-1-gnome is still stuck at 0.105-2

Do we need versioned Depends?
