Bug#1016593: barrier: Barrier config file stored in a misleading dir

Dear Maintainer,
The configuration file for Barrier is stored in ~/.config/Debauchee/Barrier.conf. Debauchee is the name of the developer/github page. That name is only present in the about screen of the gui, I had to run find to find this configuration file. The configuration dir should be changed to be ~/.config/Barrier/Barrier.conf.
