Dear Maintainer,

Problem: the "quota" command returns a "connection refused" error when checking
remote quotas (server and user names changed to preserve their identities):

$ quota
quota: error while getting quota from my.server.com:/export/home for
my_username (id 60014): Connection refused

Note: rpc.rquotad is up and running on the remote server:

$ /usr/sbin/rpcinfo -p my.server.com

Tried: restart/reinstalling the "quota" package, with no success.

Workaround: downgrading the "quota" package on the NFS server (back to
version: 4.00-4+deb7u1) "solved" the issue.
