Dear Maintainer,
the script failed with the following error message:
/etc/cron.daily/spamassassin:
error: unable to refresh mirrors file for channel updates.spamassassin.org, using old file
error: no mirror data available for channel updates.spamassassin.org
channel: MIRRORED.BY file contents were missing, channel failed
sa-update failed for unknown reasons
This did work in the past. My guess is that the hsts policy for the
mirror url [1] has been established over the last weekend. Setting and
passing the https_proxy environment variable to sa-update fixes the
issue for me. Patch attached
