I
am an Android developer and turns out that with current version of android-sdk-platform-tools from March 2019 I get errors trying to use CalyxOS installer with the error:
```
fastboot too old; please download the latest version at https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools.html
```
After digging into the installer I discovered that the minimum version required is 31.03, and current is 33.0.3 from Aug 2022. Is there a way to bump the version on sid so ROM developers don't get blocked by it?

src:android-platform-tools provides binary fastboot, and you can
easily install version 29, which is even in bullseye backports.
if you need version 30 or above, it's in experimental only.
