Hi,

the bind9 packages contain, for example, authoritative zones for IPv4
reverse zones like RFC1918 and Localhost.

The same should be done for IPv6, for example having reverse zones for
d.f.ip6.arpa (IPv6 Unique Local Addresses) as recommended by RFC 4193
Chapter 4.4.

I guess the same should apply at least for the link local fe80::/8
prefix.

Should you be willing to add this, I can research which other prefixes
need handling like this. Just let me know.

Yes, but let’s do that in the upstream - the automatic empty zones. I need to revisit how the stuff is done in the Debian package. There might be some legacy stuff.
