Bug#629301: dailystrips: Updated ucomics-gen class

The following ucomics-gen definiton changes the image suffix to .jpg
on Sundays. By observation, this is required for Doonesbury; I’m
sorry, I haven’t tested it with any other ucomics-gen class strips.
