Bug#804168: smartmontools: The temperature values in the systemlog not Celcuis but Fahrenheit

Looking at systemlog and alarming temperature hard disks.
The temperature values in the systemlog apair to be in Fahrenheit although
Celcius is explicitly mentioned there.
These log values difer from those after executing smartctl -x /dev/sda.

I observe this very behavior on 7.0:

smartd logs:

but according to `smartctl --all /dev/sdc`:
