Bug#537382: WARNING: Skipping duplicate certificate

I get the same with different filenames, depening on what I do, e.g.:
# dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates
Updating certificates in /etc/ssl/certs... WARNING: Skipping duplicate
certificate ca.pem
0 added, 1 removed; done.
Running hooks in /etc/ca-certificates/update.d....
updating keystore /etc/ssl/certs/java/cacerts...
removed /etc/ssl/certs/brasil.gov.br.pem
done.
done.
# dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates
Updating certificates in /etc/ssl/certs... WARNING: Skipping duplicate
certificate ca-certificates.crt
1 added, 0 removed; done.
Running hooks in /etc/ca-certificates/update.d....
updating keystore /etc/ssl/certs/java/cacerts...
added: /etc/ssl/certs/brasil.gov.br.pem
done.
done.

What's that ca-certificates.crt anyway??

a bundle with all active certificates in it for applications that can only
cope with a single file instead of a directory.
