Bug#1034464: apper: Administrator password input dialog does not display and installation fails

Dear Maintainer,

I do not create root during Debian installation and grant the user administrator privileges with sudo.

* What led up to the situation?

I tried to install a package from the apper.


* What was the outcome of this action?

The dialog for entering the administrator password does not display and an error dialog is displayed and the package fails to install. The message in the error dialog is as follows

> You have failed to provide correct authentication. Please check any passwords or accounts settings.
