Dear Maintainer,

The libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev package is not multi-arch aware so
that the amd64 version conflicts with the i386 one which makes it
impossible to install both.

I suggest to remove pkg-config dependency from the package, because
pkg-config is not multi-arch, and add field "Multi-Arch: same"
to the control file
