Bug#1004215: arno-iptables-firewall: causes an error with logrotate

Dear Maintainer,

logrotate and systemd log the following errors with rotating the
arno-iptables-firewall's log file:

The issue is caused by the postrotate script which returns with an exit
code of 1 due to rsyslog's init script is not available any more. It has
been removed with rsyslog 8.2110.0-2.
